Who I Am
I’m Raluca Stoian and I love helping people. I grew up in a small city where everybody knew each other and I always knew I wanted to work with people and help them in some way. As I grew older, I developed a love for foreign languages and that’s how I started helping people improve their language skills. After working as a Business English Trainer for several years, I felt the need to include more technology in my workflow and started taking the path of Instructional Design. One thing I’m certain of is that wherever my professional career will take me, I know it will always be intertwined with helping people grow.
I’m a dynamic and empathetic problem-solver with over 8 years of experience designing course content, learning activities, and training materials in various settings.
I’ve always had a way of understanding how people think and learn. My goal is to create engaging learner-centered experiences that deliver measurable results. The projects I have carried on thus far have equipped me with the skills needed to design, oversee and implement a learning strategy until successful completion.
I’ve developed valuable knowledge in instructional design processes such as ADDIE, Design Thinking, SAM, and Action Mapping, and I’ve gained confidence in using in-demand tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD.
As my career evolves, I

by exploring relevant content,
reading pertinent articles,
and engaging with the
learning and development community.
